Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays). During periods of high order volume, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

If you need to update your shipping address or order details, please contact us immediately at support@capabledaily.com. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once your order has entered processing.

Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States.

Estimated delivery time after your order has been processed is 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Severe weather

• Carrier delays

• High shipping volumes

• Holidays

• Other unforeseen events

If your shipment is significantly delayed, we'll do our best to keep you informed.

Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us at support@capabledaily.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@capabledaily.com. If your order has not yet entered processing, we'll do our best to update the shipping address.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Capable Daily is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, we may issue a refund for the product price once the package has been received, less any shipping costs incurred.
